Where is your store located?
Our store is located in the UK, in the beautiful town of Arundel, West Sussex.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! You'll find international options available in the shipping menu at checkout. If your country isn't listed, feel free to email us, we'll do our best to arrange shipping for you.
Do you sell vintage?
While we donât stock true vintage pieces, we do have our very own inhouse vintage specialist ; Vintage Vibes.
Vintage vibes is located on our first floor, stocking a variety of pre-loved and true vintage items.
If you would like to sell your pre-loved items you can contact Lou on 07593134437 or pop in on Wednesday's and Saturdays.
Are your items in stock?
Yes, everything listed on our website is in stock unless clearly marked as a pre-order (which is very rare). While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, occasional human error may occur. In the unlikely event that an item is sold out or unavailable in your selected size at the time of purchase, weâll get in touch and resolve it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding!
I sent a message and didnât get a response, why?
If you havenât heard back, please do check your spam or junk folder. I personally respond to every enquiry and often find myself wondering if my replies have made it through. If you still donât see a response, feel free to follow up, Iâm always happy to help!
